For the week ending February 2, 2025, CoreLogic reported an auction clearance rate of 59.6% for the Sydney region. Auction activity is expected to continue to rise, with forecasts predicting a 13% week-on-week increase. In the North-Sydney to Hornsby sub-region, the auction clearance rate for the week ending February 2, 2025, was 65.6%.
