Grace Gu

Grace is an energetic and enthusiastic member of The Marshall Group property management team who sets high standards for herself and therefore for her service to clients. She has many years ‘experience in property sales support, practice administration and property management-gained mostly in Australia and New Zealand-where she moved after working in the real estate industry in Shanghai, China.

Grace has gained her Australian experience with real estate in the Hills District and North Shore, where she has lived and worked for several years. Grace’s qualifications include a business degree and a business management graduate diploma.

No issue would be too challenging for Grace, who has experienced the trials and tribulations of both renting and owning her own home, and the challenges of adapting to a new culture.
