Maggie Wu Jeffers relocated to Australia 10 years ago, where she completed a Master of Design at the University New South Wales. Prior to this she also completed a Bachelor of Communication in China.
Maggie initially worked for various companies in the development sector. Through these experiences she gained work in Real Estate and Development - developing some major Sydney landmarks and listing some of Australia’s finest properties at Point Piper.
Maggie married a local Lindfield boy whose family has been in the area for the last 50 years. She has solid roots in the local community, including schools, rugby clubs and The Scouts.
Her strengths lie in her ability to build relationships on all levels and across businesses. She always has the clients’ needs in mind and is able to implement a satisfying and effective marketing plan accordingly.
Maggie is fluent in both Mandarin and English, which gives her the edge in the market - an area with some amazing schools and possibilities which make it world-renown as a great place to live and grow. Knowledge of the market is the key but an ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin serves Maggie and her clients well.
Maggie has achieved record sales in Douglas Street in St Ives for a record price for the suburb of $10 million 2016. And the price on the sale of the one-hectare site at 39 Chilton Parade , Warrawee was about $10 million to $12 million 2017.
Maggie now has two young daughters and baby boy. She took a short spell to focus on her family and is now back on deck and working with The Marshall Group.
