Hard working and energetic, Finley has always had a keen interest in property, particularly the rapport-building aspect and the opportunity to constantly meet and engage with new people.

Since joining the industry in 2011, he has honed his skills, working locally in property management before moving overseas to work in real estate in Texas.

Having grown up in the neighbourhood, Finley knows the local area intimately and has a strong affiliation for the people, the properties and the enviable lifestyle of the Upper North Shore.

Having previously worked with a number of The Marshall Group Directors, Finley was passionate about joining the team when he relocated back to Sydney.
